Warehouse Moving Services in Radcliff, Kentucky

Moving out of an older Hardin County building into newer space sounds like a clean upgrade until someone asks where the existing rack goes. Clear height, column spacing, and dock positions all change, and fulfillment and kitting operations around Dixie Highway corridor cannot stop shipping long enough to figure it out on the fly.

We plan the new layout first so you know what transfers and what to add, then tear down, label, move, and reinstall the system on schedule. One team, one number: (502) 521-1485.

Why Radcliff Companies Use Us as Their Warehouse Movers

The industrial stock around Dixie Highway corridor, North Wilson Road, and Radcliff industrial area is a mix of decades-old buildings and newer bulk space, so a rack system that fit the old building rarely lands the same way in the new one. Moves out of Hardin County space along US 31W and the I-65 connection at Elizabethtown are where we spend a lot of our relocation time.

We have been designing and installing pallet rack for contract distribution and fulfillment and kitting operations in this region since 1997 as part of Warehouse Equipment & Supplies Co. That means we know how to reuse what you own, which components suit the new layout, and which new components match your existing frames.

And because we are local, the small things get handled fast — a missing row spacer, an extra bay, a revised elevation once the first zone is loaded in the new Radcliff building.

How a Radcliff Warehouse Relocation Works

    1

    Layout for the new building

We draw the new building from your floor plan before anything comes down, so you know which existing rack fits, where it goes, and what has to be added.

    2

    Teardown and labeling

Crews disassemble frames, beams, decking, and accessories, then tag and bundle everything by row and level so reinstall follows the drawing instead of guesswork.

    3

    Transport coordination

We stage bundles in reinstall order and coordinate trucks around both docks, so the new building is not buried in steel it cannot use yet.

    4

    Reinstallation and additions

Experienced installation crews we schedule and manage follow the new layout, with the system anchored to the floor, aligned and capacity-tagged. New material is added where the plan requires more positions.

What Our Warehouse Relocation Service Includes

A Radcliff relocation starts with an inventory of the rack you own: manufacturer, frame heights and depths, beam lengths and capacities, decking, and accessories. Photos and labels are usually enough.

Then we lay out the new building from its floor plan, clear height, column grid, and dock doors. You see how many positions transfer, how many you gain, and which new components fill the gaps, with an itemized quote, before anything is taken down.

Experienced installation crews we schedule and manage disassemble and label each component by its destination row and level, then stage it for transport in reinstall order. In the new Radcliff building the system is anchored to the floor and capacity-tagged, with new material added where the layout requires it.

Phased moves are common: we stand up a first zone in the new building, you shift fast movers into it, and the old building comes down section by section. One contact runs the layout, teardown, transport timing, reinstall, and any added rack.
